Contact your Department Secretariat and request a password for your institutional account.
I don't know my account password/I lost it/or with the one I have I can't access services such as email, academic ID, Eudoxos, etc.)

Contact your Department Secretariat and request a reissue of your password.
Institutional Staff:

How can I change the password of my institutional account in the central directory service of the University of Crete?
Go to https://myaccount.uoc.gr and select “Change password” depending on your status at the University of Crete.
Which username should I use in central services such as central Email service, central VPN service...) of the University, but also in other services such as, Academic Identity, Eudoxos, DELOS365...)
You will use your institutional account.
Contact your Department Secretariat and request a password for your institutional account.
First activate your institutional account at delos365.grnet.gr according to the instructions: https://ict.uoc.gr/images/1.gr_teams_odigos_energopoiisis_gia_oloys.pdf
Then, you can connect either via a browser from delos365.grnet.gr or via the TEAMS application from a computer.

I received an email stating that my account will be closed and asking for my information. Should I respond?
No! This is a phishing attempt. You will never be asked for your account information in any way in general, and especially via email. Also, you should pay special attention to emails that refer you to pages outside the University and ask you to enter your login information.
